Haven't been able to find what you were looking for?

You need to check out of your lodge by 10am but can stay on village until midnight. We ask that you kindly help us by leaving your lodge in a reasonable condition, please remove your waste to the recycling bins and pop the dishwasher on before you leave. 

If you need clean towels or bedding, please contact Guest Services.

Please ensure the master switch, located near the main door is switched on. If this is on and you still have a problem please contact our Guest Services team.

Firstly, please check our appliances guide to see instructions on how to use the appliance correctly. If you still need support, please contact Guest Services.

If you are missing some utensils, please contact Guest Services.

There should be one cot and highchair in your lodge. If your travel cot is missing or you require another, please contact Guest Services.

You can book activities and restaurants via your Center Parcs account on our website or at our booking desks on village during your stay.

You can cancel activities and restaurant bookings via your Center Parcs account on our website or at our booking desks on village during your stay.

If you need batteries for your TV remote, please contact Guest Services.

You can drive your car onto village from 5am on the morning of change over.
